About Jillian
She is a graduate of LaSalle University. She earned a BA in Communications, which focused heavily on film courses. Formerly a reporter for the Wall Street Journal newspaper, she is an author of non-fiction and fiction books.
As an award winning filmmaker, she writes, produces, and directs her projects, and also lends her skills as a fight choreographer. She got that last title because she has over 35 years training in martial arts and holds two black belts – one in Tae Kwon Do and one in Wing Chun. Now she trains in mixed martial arts. She also teaches screenwriting courses and is a script consultant. Currently, she is in various stages of production on two films – Rebirth and A Cup Full of Christmas.
Jillian lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA where she is always working on her next project, which is either a film or a book, or both.
