Producer, Publicist, Script Supervisor
Delayne, who is the COO and Vice President of Jillian Bullock Enterprises, LLC, has been Jillian Bullock’s producing partner for the past 20 years. They first met at Blockbuster Video, (when there were video stores), as Assistant Managers, and quickly developed a bond over their love of movies. Within the next year, they started a production company, Jaguar Productions, Inc., after Jillian wrote her first script “Totally Wicked.” The low-budget film was just a stepping stone to get their feet wet in the film business and they learned a lot, the good, the bad, and the ugly of filmmaking. They went on to produce the documentary “A Filmmaker’s Personal Journey,” a film “Spirit,” and other short videos.
When Jillian and Delayne are between projects, Delayne works at Jillian Bullock Enterprises, LLC as a publicist. She has been instrumental in getting Jillian media coverage in local and national newspapers, magazines, radio, and on TV programs.
Delayne worked on the feature film “A Sense of Purpose: Fighting For Our Lives” and music video, “Fight of Your Life,” as a producer and script supervisor. She will work with Jillian as a producer on the next project, “A Cup Full of Crazy.”
