Fitness

Jillian Bullock is a vegan athlete, mental health expert, transformation speaker, wellness & plant-based nutrition specialist, author, and

award winning filmmaker.

At age 55, and after years of struggling with alcohol, poor nutrition habits, depression, PTSD, and overall unhealthy living, Jillian decided it was time to transform her life, especially when she was diagnosed with Type II diabetes  and high blood pressure, and she found herself 50 pounds overweight.

First, she knew she had to deal with PTSD and depression, which plagued her for many years due to past physical and emotional trauma including - rape, homelessness, drug addiction, and prostitution. On the outside people saw Jillian’s success, but inside she was slowing dying.

Things only got worse when Covid hit in 2020. Like millions of people around the world, Jillian didn’t know how to deal with a disease that was claiming thousands of lives a day. In fact, she had family members and friends who died from Covid.

It wasn’t until Covid was over, in 2022, that Jillian, at age 61, was forced to look within, dig down deep, and develop what she called a
Victor’s Mentality in order to improve her mental and physical health.

It was time for a major life transformation.

JILLIAN BULLOCK

With extensive research and gaining more education through classes and workshops, Jillian found three things that saved her. She discovered yoga and meditation and she became a vegan. Through proper nutrition and exercise, she was able to drop the weight and reverse the chronic diseases. Jillian continued her education and earned several health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness certifications.

As a transformation speaker, she shares her education and personal experiences to speak to audiences about how fitness and holistic plant-based and vegan nutrition will help people get in the best shape of their lives in order to be more productive at work, at home, traveling, doing sports, playing with their children/grandchildren, moving furniture, running for a train, enjoying better sex, and live life to the fullest mentally and physically. She also shares how yoga and meditation can help heal trauma and help people overcome mental health issues.

JILLIAN’S EXTENSIVE TRAINING

Jillian started training in Tae Kwon Do when she was 12 as a means of survival. The fear of becoming a victim again, (she was raped at age 10), started her on the path to become a fierce warrior. Her skills came in handy when she found herself homeless and fighting off homeless men who tried to sexually assault her while she slept.

Jillian holds two black belts, one in Tae Kwon Do and the other in Wing Chun.  When Jillian was injured (torn rotator cuff) during MMA and had to have surgery, her doctor told her she would never train again because the injury was so bad. And like most people, Jillian believed her doctor. She didn’t train for years and over time, she gained a great deal of weight. Eventually, when she was making the transformation of healing her mental state, she also changed her diet, and started slowly exercising despite what her doctor said.

Today, as a vegan athlete, she currently trains in boxing and Muay Thai. At 63, Jillian is defying what society says a person her age can do physically as she trains for the upcoming movie
Rebirth, which involves boxing and domestic violence. As the writer of the script, she will also direct, produce and star as the lead female actor.

In order to get into ‘fight shape” to look like the female version of Michael B. Jordan in those Creed movies, Jillian also trains in cardio conditioning, HIIT (high, intensity, interval training), strength training, and kettlebells.

Now in her early 60’s, she has no intention of slowing down. Jillian is currently training to get in ‘fight shape’ for her next movie entitled Rebirth, which involves boxing. She’ll not only direct the film, but star as the lead female actor.  A vegan athlete, Jillian also uses her skills as a fight choreographer for her movies.

My motto

is...

Be Fit, Be Healthy, Be Sexy, because to me there’s nothing sexier in the world than being in great shape, healthy and fit mentally, physically, spiritually, and sexually.”
